Getting a card, renewing materials, placing holds, etc.
Who can get a card

Any Texas resident can get a library card. Children are issued cards with a parent's signature; a driver's license or picture ID is required for adults.
How to Get Your Card

The application for a free card takes only a few minutes. The card is free unless you need replacement in less than a year. There is a fee for cards lost in that time.
Borrowing Limits

There is a limit of 4 DVDs per household at one time. VHS cassttes are not limited. Many of our childrens videos do not carry fines for late return.
Placing Holds

You may place a reserve on materials. Reserves and Interlirary loan items must be picked up within a few days.
Renewing Your Borrowed Items

You may renew materials by phone. Videos are limited to one rewewal.
Library Fines

Books and videos are subject to late fees. Children's and audio books are not subject to fines.
